Yes. As of 9.28.2025, Chris Viaud / Norther Comfort Hospitality made the decision to close both of his restaurants; GREENLEAF (Milford, NH) and PAVILION (Wolfeboro, NH)

We suggest you reach out to Northern Comfort Hospitality and / or Chris Viaud directly. For clarification, the Samuel Avery Building and the Pickering House Inn are of completely different ownership / not related to the restaurant.
