As of SEPTEMBER 28, 2025, Chef Chris Viaud of Northern Comfort Hospitality has permanently closed his two restaurants; PAVILION in Wolfeboro, NH and GREENLEAF in Milford, NH.

Yes. As of 9.28.2025, Chris Viaud / Norther Comfort Hospitality made the decision to close both of his restaurants; GREENLEAF (Milford, NH) and PAVILION (Wolfeboro, NH)

For clarification, the Samuel Avery Building and the Pickering House Inn are of completely different ownership / not related to the restaurant.
